With the Blue D1653 collection, Royal Delft wanted to inject a new lease of life into the age-old Delftware manufactory. Delftware at the crossroads between contemporary tableware and cultural significance, straddling beauty, form and avoiding the cliché. Delftware brought back into the 21st century, no mean feat.
